-no pros -bad training if there is any -bad management, CEO is none existant , his nephew runs it all and has 0 outside experience ( MR know it all, arrogant person)

Cons

- People are hypocrites that work there -Management is lost, no idea how to do anything -Products are not even worth selling. Cheap Adobe sales organization. -Toxic workplace in general and would recommend not wasting your time even working there. -Super Micromanagement, not a sales organization, questioned on everything and always talked down 2.

Remote work, could work from anywhere in Canada, US and Europe (at your own expense of course), colleagues are enjoyable to work with.

Cons

The company has very little idea or direction of how to run the sales team with proper leadership. 6 Months probation was the first red flag, due to the turn out caused by the toxicity. Got to be careful with upper management. You're either in their crew or you get destroyed mentally, irrespective of how well you've worked under the direct leadership. It's another red flag when a family member is running the show behind scenes, be very very wary. Empty promises or get axed one way or the other. All in all, they set you up for failure right from the start.
