Pros

Amazing leadership team, which I understand can differ from Agency/Division/Dept, but my team has been incredible. The managers, especially, have been nothing but supportive and shows exemplary leadership skills, such as elucidating any queries or problems and giving a ton of context information whenever needed. They've also been open to feedback and also any suggestions. My colleagues and team are very collaborative and there's open space for concerns. Hybrid schedule right now (2 days in a week), which some may bristle at, but honestly it's not that bad. I'd prefer one day a week, but 2 days is doable and helps with fostering a good working relationship with our peers and leaders. Lots of women leaders and coworkers from all colors and background. I love seeing that - usually the more women I see in a corporate space, the less toxicity there is (not always, but I've always felt that to be the case.)

Cons

Pay can be more competitive; it's lower than average pay rate. No true "grading" system that I've experienced yet, but I only started not too long ago. Things are also always changing, mostly in a good direction, but they do change pretty quickly and then you get an avalanche of new directions and work, when you might previously be working and focusing on something else.
