There is a massive lack of structure between talent and management. Talent are not paid on time and sometimes never paid which lead to legal challenges. Margins are too high which cause talent to never be satisfied and not want to work with the agency Upper Management treats staff poorly and unfairly Lack of transparency with staff Lack of onboarding new employees with no set goals or expectations
