There are a couple of points that you mentioned where we would like to offer some more clarity. We do offer a compensation structure that allows each of our team members to be in control of how much they are paid and ensures that everyone is getting paid as much as possible at the end of the pay period. Benefits are not offered until an employee has reached management. We value professionalism and respect in the workplace, and we will address this issue with the team to ensure a more comfortable and inclusive environment for everyone. Your feedback regarding employee safety is important to us. We strive to prioritize the well-being of our employees. Many of our employees have families at home and it’s important to us that they have time for their commitments outside of work. We pride ourselves on being extremely transparent during our interview process to avoid any misunderstanding.
