      Scam

      The people are very very nice. If you are looking for a door to door sales job - this is for you

      Cons

      1) You only get salary or commissions don’t expect both. No benefits 2) office culture is uncomfortable with tortilla slaps, not professional 3) no concern for employee safety - be prepared to walk through thunderstorms and walk along busy highways. I wasn’t prepared to risk my life for a sale 4) long hours 10:30-8:30 - no work life balance. People were working the weekends too and get praised to always work 5) they tell you it isn’t a sales job but it is. You are selling their clients products. 6) changing clothes is part of the daily job description. Be prepared to get walked in on while you’re naked because there is no proper changing rooms.

We do offer a compensation structure that allows each of our team members to be in control of how much they are paid and ensures that everyone is getting paid as much as possible at the end of the pay period. Benefits are not offered until an employee has reached management. We value professionalism and respect in the workplace, and we will address this issue with the team to ensure a more comfortable and inclusive environment for everyone. Your feedback regarding employee safety is important to us. We strive to prioritize the well-being of our employees. Many of our employees have families at home and it’s important to us that they have time for their commitments outside of work. We pride ourselves on being extremely transparent during our interview process to avoid any misunderstanding.       Not For Everyone

      Pros

      The people are nice, fun and energetic. It’s good if you want fast career growth, the trainers are super fun and funny. You can make a lot of friends here.

      Cons

      This isn’t a marketing sales job like it says on Indeed, this is just door to door sales. The Job is 40 minutes away from the nearest bus stop so if you’re commuting by bus or don’t have a car be prepared to take a hike. Also if you’re late one time they start being rude saying “Make sure this is your last time arriving late, prepare better next time” which honestly killed my passion for the job cuz then they expect you to show up a hour early to show you’re “Serious” about the job even though you don’t get paid for that. Also if you quit this job don’t expect to get your final paycheck because it’s been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my paycheck for 30 hours of work.

      Lied about job description

      Met a lot of people. Pretty superficial social connections though...

      Cons

      Basically everything is a con. This job is a scam. They totally lie to you about what you'll be doing and misrepresent themselves as a professional account management company when it is actually just pitiful door-to-door sales. If you expect to be successful, you should also expect to have ZERO work-life balance. This is a miserable place to be stuck.
