MOSCOT offers a collaborative working environment with full support of ownership. Opinions are sought out and taken into consideration when decisions are made. Great working environment which is evident by the many employees who have been with the company double digit years.

Need for more space to accommodate growth.

- Work/life balance (Hybrid Model) - Overall positive office environment - Kind, genuine coworkers

- No opportunities for growth - Little to no work benefits/ company perks - Low salary - Lack of salary increase opportunites - Leadership lacks experience
