      No Benefits, No Paid Time Off, No Paid Holidays. They use people to come on as contractors and promised them full time work, and when all works out at 90 days they will convert you to a W2 Employee and bring you to six figure salary - then the offer comes and it is nothing that they said, it’s $3 more then you were making as a contractor. The CEO basically lies about all that is promised and then does a bait and switch. The communication is null and void here at Moss. Run don’t walk.

      Pros

      The backlog is enormous and the leadership does its best to try and put people where the commute to jobs is not a detriment. Compensation is pretty solid for the industry and the benefits are improving rapidly.

      Cons

      One of the Core values that is preached is Honor Relationships. I have seen multiple people be fired or leave and are essentially treated as lepers or Traitors. These are people that have sacrificed for the company for many years.
