Pros
Half decent pay and relatively good bonus scheme. The products are very good and they do sell themselves to a certain extent.
Cons
Completely micromanaged, to the point where we have been told to fill our diaries so they can see exactly what we are doing. If there is a 15 minute gap in my diary, I am asked why. It is completely numbers driven and despite its the feet on the street that brings in the numbers, leadership doesn't treat them with the respect they deserve. The culture is extremely toxic and the role is a very lonely one. In the 12 months I have been with the company, there has only been one sales meeting, my goals were added by my line manager without a review and I have not had any 1-2-1 reviews. No feedback other than negative when things are going wrong and there is a certain amount of scaremongering.
