Pros
A leader in mission-critical communication products. Regular employees, although regularly defecated on by management, are great people. If you fit the mold (priveleged or someone in you're family has a connection) you're as good as gold.
Cons
If you don't qualify under the circumstances listed above that's when arrogance and narcissism will take you to the top. Treat yourself as a puppet and when management is around working (every few weeks or so) be prepared for a marathon production so you can make yourself seem important when you're really doing nothing 50% of the time. All of this leads to management setting others up for failure, acting like they're too busy to even delegate the tasks at hand. What a joke, it really is all smoke and mirrors. Also, if you haven't picked up on it by now, management is extremely racist, prejudice, and any other adjective that describes plain old bigots.
