1) The management staff are incompetent and will gaslight you anytime you have a grievance. They do not have your best interest at heart. 2) Accommodation: There were multiple shootings on our street, several break ins, and someone broke in and overdosed in the common area's bathroom. They are still placing people here, a clear lack of duty of care. 3) Very low salary. I now see it is unpaid despite them making a full salary from the host organisation. They will say they are not for profit (as if this makes them a charity) but their revenue is available online and speaks for itself. 4) Career prospects: No networking opportunities were provided. They actively tried to block several people being taken on full time afterwards due to their contract with the host organisation have a clause that means hiring has to be approved by them. London Programme: I have seen that the program is now unpaid, it is illegal to have unpaid internships in the UK hence they are calling it shadowing now.
