Pros

Being the first movers, they have a lot of big clients

Cons

Where to start..there is so much politics in the company that it becomes impossible to grow if you are not in the good books.founder keeps threatening about the job loss if not ready say yes to all his irrational demands.they treat employees as slaves

Pros

Can't think of much pro's, not a place for any one to be there.

Cons

I belong to team where tech CTO should have 0 interaction but here CTO puts hands even in OPS job, Sales and Marketing job. This guy wants to be every where without knowing the problems in each domain. Get ready for pay cuts further since the biz is doomed after covid, one tech team member who has backend data told there is only 2% traffic after covid impact. Too much work for ops people, there is very less scope for automation lot of manual work. Generated bills never match the customer expectations and causing the lot of rework. Tech too seems very old not easy to use and lot of bugs.

Pros

You develop the capability to handle toxic cultures

Cons

1. CXOs micromanage but expect independent decision making. 2. Appraisals are a myth and always delayed. 3. They expect growth in revenue while decreasing the service and value. 4. The org steals drives from vendors for their own DCO model, depriving fleet vendors of promised growth, The blame for this is then pushed down to ground team members resulting in unfair firing. 5. If you question any "Process" you will be asked to leave. 6. Sales is doing "Too Well" getting customers services and vehicles they don't actually posses. 7. Customer service is no longer a priority, only seeking monopoly and revenue.
