Where to start..there is so much politics in the company that it becomes impossible to grow if you are not in the good books.founder keeps threatening about the job loss if not ready say yes to all his irrational demands.they treat employees as slaves

The org steals drives from vendors for their own DCO model, depriving fleet vendors of promised growth, The blame for this is then pushed down to ground team members resulting in unfair firing. 5. If you question any "Process" you will be asked to leave. 6. Sales is doing "Too Well" getting customers services and vehicles they don't actually posses. 7. Customer service is no longer a priority, only seeking monopoly and revenue.
