Pros

Food was served 4 times and it was decent

Cons

1. Frequent mass layoffs happen without transparency or valid justification. 2. The CXO often creates a hostile atmosphere through aggressive communication and fear-based management. 3. Women returning from maternity leave are often asked to leave under vague performance claims. 4. There are no real learning or growth opportunities — development is not a priority. 5. Processes change constantly without structure or proper communication. 6. Employees are treated like numbers, with minimal care for well-being or long-term value.

Pros

Can't think of much pro's, not a place for any one to be there.

Cons

I belong to team where tech CTO should have 0 interaction but here CTO puts hands even in OPS job, Sales and Marketing job. This guy wants to be every where without knowing the problems in each domain. Get ready for pay cuts further since the biz is doomed after covid, one tech team member who has backend data told there is only 2% traffic after covid impact. Too much work for ops people, there is very less scope for automation lot of manual work. Generated bills never match the customer expectations and causing the lot of rework. Tech too seems very old not easy to use and lot of bugs.

Pros

Exposure to real-world projects. We would get to work in production in short time which boosts the learning curve. That's all the pros.

Cons

Employee feedback did not appear to be taken seriously, leading to low morale and frustration within teams. Communication from senior leadership often felt disrespectful and intimidating rather than professional and constructive. The work environment created unnecessary stress because employees often felt pressured rather than supported. The biggest issue is the management culture. Good luck on getting some good managers here, which is rare. My experience was disappointing because the workplace culture overshadowed the technical opportunities available. I would not recommend this company to candidates who value respectful leadership, employee support, and a positive work environment.
