MovieTickets.com has become the best place i have worked for. It truly is a family environment and upper management is always there to help with anything (professionally and personally). They care about the well being of their employees and believe happy and healthy employees are key to a successful work environment.

As with any company or life in general-you have one or two people that are unhappy no matter what you do for them or that don't follow the wonderful and positive example and model that the CEO has created for the company-therefore, from time to time-there is friction and/or management slander by that one disgruntle employee. However, it quickly gets resolved IF all parties involved communicate. There are zero cons in my eyes if speaking of the company.

MoiveTickets.com was a startup with potential.I worked there about 3 years around 2010. The CTO Shane was a very skilled developer along with a great team of developers and some great people.

The overall business of movietickets is challenging to succeed in especially when going up against giants like Fandango.
