Pros
1. Training and Exposure to Lots of Industry Practices at a very early stage 2. High Intensity work-load 3. Gears up an indiviual for any kind of grunt work in other company 4. Good brand value and the workforce is valued in other companies - hence better chance of getting jos elsewhere
Cons
1. Dismal pay 2. Management disregard the employees 3. Inept or clumsy managers 4. Unprofessional work enviroment 5. Limited Personal time - You wouldn't get the time to improve your skills in your free time 6. Employees don't improve their skills in the analytical space and are expected to take on managerial roles post 2 years while being underpaid grossly, overall their is no real growth in both profession and intellectually 7. Peers being very new to the industry don't really carry strong hold or grasp of the analytical space- therefore at a certain point there is nothing to learn from the environment apart from poking into someone's personal life
