Pros
The Account Development team at MuleSoft is top-notch. Not a typical sales development job where you're calling down a list of companies like a robot. Training is intense but prepares you extremely well with advanced sales methodologies and info about the product, even if you've never done anything close to sales before. You are also continuously supported well beyond training with inline coaching and enablement sessions. The overall culture of AD team is supportive, energetic, and friendly, so it is a really fun environment to be a part of.
Lots of great perks as well company-wide, with an annual meetup, occasional company-wide social events (happy hours, family days, rafting trip, etc), free lunches, etc. The future looks very bright with a huge market opp for the company, so excited to be a part of it and see where it heads.
Cons
Extremely ambitious goals for growth, so as others have said, it won't be your typical 9 to 5 job. Need to be fully committed to the mission day in and day out. There are growing pains that are typical to a high-growth company.
