The company touts "ownership" as a core value, and it's real. I and everyone I've met here feels they have a major stake in the company's success, and they pay attention to every detail. All Hands meetings are some of the most engaged forums I've experienced. People really care, and they want the company to succeed. I've also already made incredible friends and truly enjoy the people I work with and see every day. For such intense values and "never settle" philosophy, people actually don't take themselves too seriously and I'm always laughing and smiling, whether it's in my pod area or in the kitchen getting coffee.
