Cool atmosphere. Lunch served in-house (not free, but low-cost, taken out of your paycheck).
Cons
The night before they laid me off, I worked till 1 a .m. That part wasn't unusual. Sometimes, they'd tell me to take my phone to bed, so they could call me so I could wake up and do work. Sometimes, I'd be at the elevator to leave and they'd literally run over and tell me not to get on, because there was more work they hadn't anticipated.
But I'd like to mention that the day they laid me off, it was December. I'd brought in a donation for the giving tree. They laid me off in mid-December, along with maybe 40 others.
