      You get to go home early when the enterprise teams make a sale

      Cons

      micro management - each team of 10-12 sales associates literally has a manager to micro manage everything you do. u can’t use the restroom without getting yelled at.

      Highly recommend if you are not afraid to cold call. Great culture and place to start if you have never done sales before!

      Redundancy - you are doing the exact same thing every single day. Be ready to hit the phones hard.
