Pros

lots of free sodas and they let you drink on the job sometimes

Cons

Before you chalk this up to a disgruntled ex employee who was probably fired....I was there for a short period of time and actually made sales. I left on my own terms because of the trends I saw and didn't like. I wanted to find stability and money and happiness. So please do take this seriously. Do not buy into the "bonus" structure....it's a facade that when you leave (and you will) they legally do NOT have to pay you. I was messed out of almost $2k. Even if you leave on good terms, they will still lie to you in your useless exit interview. So be honest. You don't have anything to lose out on. Do not let the fake title of Marketing Coordinator fool you. This is a telemarketing job. Do not let them lie to you, you WILL be making more than 80 calls a day and you WILL be hung up on all 80 calls, and NO, it is NOT easy to get to 135 minutes a day while 99.9% of your calls are 10 seconds long. And NO, it is NOT either or. you will be required to make a zillion calls and a zillion minutes a day. Be prepared to be treated like a child. Be prepared to be promised a job where your experience matters. Management, and I use that word LIGHTLY, is a joke. These are people who can't get jobs anywhere else. They will not help you train to get better, but, they will expect volumes out of you. They will roll their eyes when they give you lists of uninterested people to call, and you tell them you've called the list 3 times. They want you to call at least 10 times before "giving up." Very unhealthy work environment full of people who sold just enough to get where they are and won't leave because they don't know what a real sales job is.

Pros

Highly recommend if you are not afraid to cold call. Great culture and place to start if you have never done sales before!

Cons

Redundancy - you are doing the exact same thing every single day. Be ready to hit the phones hard.
