      I get to do my job and be left alone if I want. There are a lot of really good people at the County, who love their work and do it well.

      Cons

      Many do not know to do, or just don't do their jobs and it is impossible to get fired from the County. Many just "coast" and collect a paycheck.

      Great team of medical professionals from admin to clinical and janitorial. Sense of giving back to the community. Autonomy.

      Cons

      Pay is not great. Upper management is messy. Providers share information that is slippery slope territory. Due process is not given. Thievery with zero accountability.
