      racist environment, hostile work environment, Nepotism, unorganized, minimal to no trainings depending on how brown your skin is. you might miss lunch or breaks depending on the clinic Union is a joke unfair treatment they take no accountability

      Supervisors arbitrarily make rules in violation of contract, don't understand active discrimination (age, race, marital status, country of origin) Supervisors refuse to allow participation in Employee Resource Groups.

      Pros

      I get to do my job and be left alone if I want. There are a lot of really good people at the County, who love their work and do it well.

      Cons

      Many do not know to do, or just don't do their jobs and it is impossible to get fired from the County. Many just "coast" and collect a paycheck.
