      Strong culture - values outlined in culture deck *are* actually true Good management - regular one to ones, managers care about development and give regular feedback Fun place to work - people are helpful and friendly and regular fun social events Brilliant for work life balance

      The owner loves to boast that parents will “never miss a sports day”

      Cons

      In reality the company is filled with miserable employees (mostly women) who are burdened with the golden handcuffs of having the flexibility of working around childcare but hating your job.
