Pros

- Health benefits were good - Strong culture of work/life balance - Good people working here, your peers will be enjoyable - Solid investment in tools and technology in an effort to improve

Cons

- If you can avoid interacting with the CEO you'll be fine. However, if you're in sales it will be a common occurrence and you're dealing with a textbook narcissist. Despite his sales methodologies still stuck in pre-2000 he will take a position of subject matter expert. Have fun being a part of his videos; he constantly is having himself videoed to create content. Wants so bad to be influential. - Unrealistic goals that are based on what the CEO hopes we'll do. Not data driven. - Failure to staff appropriately and/or delegate. There is a massive logjam at Sr. Leadership. So many simple tasks remain their hands, that just shouldn't. - They don't hire you to bring in your experience. They bring you in to reinforce their current (backwards) standards. Don't bring ideas or innovation.

Pros

I really do think if you're looking to set up somewhere for the long haul and grow professionally, this is the place. Lots of opportunity here for self development. CEO is great, but can come off as intimidating to some people.

Cons

There is no hybrid work policy for certain teams.

Pros

Health benefits and at least a base salary

Cons

Goals based on no data and totally unrealistic which sets teams up to fail from the get. Borderline and potentially legal hostile work environment created by the ceo. Entire company walks on egg shells because of how volatile any kind of conversation or simple question can become. Have seen several team members quit or be “fired” on spot after a basic convo turned hostile. Extremely high rate of churn and turnover on team members and departments because people won’t tolerate it and should not be treated that way. Poor commission structure does not pay much even with high production. Extremely toxic and unhealthy work environment full of stress, ran by fear and intimidation and based on a lot of people just smiling and playing along so they keep their jobs.
