      Pros

      Work the hours you want to work. Excellent support staff and coworkers! Great pay and it's never dull... I learn something new almost daily that makes my job even more enjoyable!

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is not living closer to all of the wonderful staff. We are all from different locations which definitely keeps work interesting and fun! There are several (if not all) employees that I would love to meet in person.

      Pros

      The support and training is really good. If you are hired, then you already know what you are doing but it is always good to have company alignment. I have always had the amount of clients that I have wanted to have and good quality. Diverse client industries. Inclusive, no MAGA bs allowed. There is always a clear path to speak to leadership. You don't have to go through a bunch of people. Great community of VAs.

      Cons

      Wages are stagnant but that is changing. Not too big of a deal because the work is steady.
