Pros
Myriad is an excellent place to learn about the IT industry. Management is competent and caring and takes the time to show you the ropes. Flexible work schedule makes for an perfect work/life balance. Great reputation in the IT industry. Staff is passionate about what they do and the company they work for. Fun and frequent office parties at great bars and restaurants around the city. CEO and middle managers are hand-on but don't micro-manage. All around excellent environment.
Cons
There are very few cons to working at Myriad but if I have to name one, the office could use a better male/female balance.
