      Pros

      free gym memberships lovely team members at sites

      Cons

      Management old and new continually make poor decisions. Leadership is all about short term fixing and yet the sites are still a mess. There is no vision or action plan. Managers do not show respect for staff and do not listen to their opinions. There is no trust.

      - Access to amenities for free plus one family member - Rewarding job - Flexible especially with schooling

      Cons

      - Poor working conditions (although they are renovating) - Hours can be long and pool conditions can be taxing when understaffed - Constant training
