free gym memberships lovely team members at sites

Cons

Management old and new continually make poor decisions. Leadership is all about short term fixing and yet the sites are still a mess. There is no vision or action plan. Managers do not show respect for staff and do not listen to their opinions. There is no trust.

Not a lot but the concept of welbeing is good within the company, but it is falling in to pieces due to the poor performance of the SLT team (specially two senior members)

Cons

Poor management, SLT team doesn't have the business acumen, SLT team doesn't learn from the mistake, Lots of project and wasting money, business performance is in red.
