Salary does not increase for 3 years now, they force a bell curve when doing 360 evaluations of everyone, forcing managers to choose only a couple of people to get raises and masking that as only the most efficient ones getting raises. Bafin keeps freezing our customers onboarding, even if we are doing better checks then Revolut. Teams are understaffed everywhere, be prepared to do the work of more than one person. Upper management seems like children in kindergarten and don't talk to Works council like grown-ups. Want us to work from office because of company culture, even if most of C-Level presentation they are presented from their homes.
