Pros
I was entrusted with full autonomy from day one. The company are fairly relaxed as long as good results are produced. Good holiday allowance, yearly pay reviews and bonuses. Active social activities and great history to the company. Very proud to have on my CV.
Cons
Feeling that extreme cost measures were to be introduced and the moving of warehouse / distribution operation were to be moved up north closer to head office in Newcastle.......well I was asked what I would do if I were charged in trying to save the company money! Also lack of opportunities to further my career within the company. I had reached my plateau
