Bonus scheme is better than other places Good training program, especially the internal CREST workshops and virtual labs that train you to pass CRT and CCT first time. I took CCT App and passed 1st time because of the the training labs. Free fruit Free once a year conference Free tea and coffee Regular team night outs
You will end up using your own time to finish work and travel as you will be too busy. Management will treat you as a number and don't care about your health or wellbeing, and only care that the job is being done. You will be forever on client site. Bullying is condoned by management. Pressure is everywhere.4NCC Group Response4y
Hi, thank you for your review. It's fantastic to hear you consider your bonus scheme and technical training programs to be some of the pros of your role. For your cons, work/life balance and your manager, it's difficult to comment on this without more information but we always recommend reaching out to our HR team as they are always on hand to help. We hope you continue to work with us in the future, thanks again.

- Got to work with some of the smartest people I've ever met. - Project managers are very professional and helpful, will go to bat for you with unreasonable clients.
- Upper leadership is clueless. Keep saying that they want to focus on making clients happy, but keep laying off consultants who are in the middle of projects for BIG name clients. - CEO is very unprofessional and can't take criticism. When receiving negative feedback about a lack of raises for the year, he said we were being childish and made a bizarre threat about how IBM would buy the company if it didn't thrive. - Leadership are liars. After the first round of layoffs in Feb 2023, they promised it was a "one and done" thing, "no round 2" they said. Round 2 just happened here in August 2023, and this time they got rid of some of THE BEST people they had. - Bonus scheme encourages burn out. Your bonus is based on utilization, with 100% util (working on projects literally every day) yields the highest bonus. Anything less penalizes you, and you have no control over your schedule.29
