Pros
Good training offered by other employees.
Cons
I worked as a manager at NES Fircroft, and I can confidently say that my experience was far from what I expected. While the company prides itself on its growth and financial performance, it quickly became clear that they were more concerned about pleasing shareholders than supporting their employees. The culture within the company is severely lacking. There’s very little focus on personal development, employee well-being, or even basic respect for work-life balance. The upper management's decisions seem entirely driven by profit margins and shareholder expectations, often at the expense of their employees. Despite being in a leadership role, I found myself constantly at odds with the company's lack of genuine care for its staff. There is zero humanity when it comes to how employees are treated. You’re expected to work long hours without adequate support or recognition. In terms of career growth, opportunities are minimal and generally based on who you know rather than your performance. The company’s “support” for managers is essentially nonexistent, and the culture fosters an environment where you’re constantly putting out fires without any real leadership from the top. If you’re looking for a company that values people, fosters growth, and truly cares about its employees, NES Fircroft is not the place for you. The emphasis on profits over people creates a toxic, unsupportive atmosphere where you feel like just another cog in the machine.
