      - expected to work tons of overtime without any increase - CEO doesn't believe in democracy - waterfall methodologies for everything - inefficient teams - impractical working conditions - AWFUL work life balance - most people leave because they are burnt out - extremely political - cancerous and stressful environment - worst company culture I've ever experienced - high turnover
