- Every year the company would leave you in a state of uncertainty and go through a consultation process where you lose hours/ change departments or made redundant - very poor pay for a retailer which consistently makes profits annually - management are condescending and treat you like a child and very toxic - very little progression - poor benefits compared to what was previously offered
