Pros

* The people you get to work with * The equipment is some of the best in the industry, new office building is nice * Goodie bags every Super Bowl, free snacks/coffee

Cons

Where to begin.. * HR is an absolute mess, and always has been in my five years at the NFL... they didn't even let me do an exit interview after resigning! * Full-time staff are treated much better than seasonal employees * Very hard to climb the ladder here, very much still a boys club * Culture is subpar overall, morale has been low since before covid * No work from home flexibility, even though they try to tell you there is. * Upper management is slow to change, unless there's something in it for them. * Have been more than one round of layoffs without any real explanation behind them.

Pros

The people make the place. Best people ever. Also obviously awesome if you love football

Cons

They make everyone part time because they say they don’t have enough money to give people benefits. They made $23 billion last year btw.
