Pros

Early release on Friday-provided you make up the hours during the week. Convenient office location. Plenty of parking. There are not a lot of pros for the CT location.

Cons

Co-workers are horrible-too many people occupying a desk who provide little value or support. No training, no written polices or procedures. Company does not provide a laptop and expects you to use your own devices to remote in during storms. Benefits are NOT competitive and are expensive if you have to provide for your family. Salaries not in range with northeast region.

Pros

Remote work available, summer hours

Cons

Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
