Pros

not much to talk about on this topic

Cons

benefits are expensive, people last culture and horrible management. Management doesn't do much to retain business. too busy trying to grow the company that they do not focus on the fact that retention is just as if not more important. Sr. Management could have potential if they put the correct office managers in position instead of people who have no management experience and think they know it all.

Thank you for taking time to leave us a review on our page. We’re disappointed to read about your experience as we’re very proud of our PeopleFirst culture here at NFP. It can be difficult to try to resolve issues that employees are experiencing without understanding where they work. If you’re comfortable reaching out to me, I personally would welcome the opportunity to connect with you to understand your concerns and experiences in greater detail. -Mary Steed, Chief People Officer

Pros

Remote work available, summer hours

Cons

Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
