      Work/Life Balance Access to people who are willing to train you - and train you well Great benefits (insurance, stellar PTO package, summer hours, etc.)

      Cons

      Remote training due to Covid Remote environment made it slightly difficult to build relationships with co-workers Compensation for lower-level positions isn't great (but lower-level positions don't necessarily demand high pay)
