      Pros

      NFP is a really diverse company and they take good care of their interns. They had really fun events but lacked a bit in individual attention. I was glad to work here and I'm sure their intern program will be even better next year.

      Cons

      Some of the work was not very enriching and a bit monotone. They could challenge you more and make your internship more exciting. I also felt we could have received more individual attention and guidance.

Your feedback has helped us realize we shouldn’t be afraid to challenge our interns with more complex projects so we will definitely incorporate that plus more individual mentoring into our improvements for next year.       Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
