      Great people, good benefits, supportive community, values inclusivity and diversity, love the diversity of projects I get to work on. Wonderful leadership. No meeting overload. I love working here.

      Cons

      Heavy workload at times, this is also a pro because as a designer I love to feel needed and would rather maintain job security.

      Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
