All the external teams of NFP get to push back on their responsibilities which ends up on the benefits teams plate. The catch all department. True feeling of do less with more. Ex: The NEW communications team only offers digital benefit guides. Nothing more. So design, formatting, creativity lands back on the benefits team. No more customization for our clients.
