NFP interview questions

Laid back, phone interview with 2 members of hiring team, asked questions to get to know more about you and why you want to work in insurance - very relaxed and professional environment.

The interviewers were all very nice but seemed entitled and had their noses up. I had experience in the field but they couldn't hit my target range, which was not high by any means. Required an in person interview even when they knew I didn't have a car and lived far away. Seemed a little unfair.
