Allowed to get on work without being micro managed (at least in my team).
Cons
The more you can do the more outside of your prescribed JD it becomes the norm. Need to push back to management. Rely on good will of people in the team. Don't respond to demands for role review uplift. Bounced back btw HR and She management. Feel taken for granted. Praise in annual review amounts to nothing.
