Too many silos and office politics. Hostile, stressful work environment and absolutely no support from senior management team. Executive management team tried to incorporate "change management" but it was a BIG failure. Departments are running thin with no additional support other than working long hours without recognition for your efforts. If you stay under the radar, aren't productive and don't cause any issues you will be promoted. Dare you challenge management or make a mistake or you question anything you'll be hung out to dry.
