Pros
Good benefits, 401M matched dollar for dollar up to 8%, plenty of PTO, in-house short & long-term disability payments.
Cons
Very limited dental & vision coverage. Low salaries. Most of management consists of people who started right out of high school (they're doers NOT managers) who lack experience. Too much micromanaging and the place is pretty much ancient when it comes to their systems.
