      Nice facilities, free soup, good coworkers. Benefits are above average.

      Cons

      There was a company policy not to lay-off people (maybe to avoid paying severance?), so managers will force good people to resign via bullying even when there was no legit reason given. It happened to a few co-workers. Pay is on the low side.
