      . The best thing about them is that they are very flexible and understanding as long as you work and get your job done they will work with you .

      Cons

      Its an AEC company, so when you are the architecture and engineering team at the same time, was a different dynamic sometimes it worked nicely sometimes not so much. Growth opportunities wasn't very clear for me
