      Interesting business model, global company, some really good colleagues.

      Cons

      Darts would be more accurate than long term business plan, which results in very little buy in/ownership, however it becomes the annual operating plan. A lot of change in organization and reporting structures which result in a lot of firefighting.

      Good people The right intentions Could be the best

      Cons

      Business units managing their own P&Ls and not backed by leadership to invest in impactful solutions. Its very apparent that everyone is playing cover their own situation. Growing pressure from the top in the midst of nothing but change.
