Pros
Safety advisors are very professional and knowledgeable They provide support to each other (and very often a sounding board) Health care package is good. Audit it system is professional Great clients who genuinely want to improve safety
Cons
Micromanagement, managers have NO integrity and lie to save their own skin. For a non profit organisation they are ALL about profit Working expectations are horrendous average working week is between 55-65 hours (paid for 40) Company focus is quantity of audits complete over quality meaning clients are paying for a substandard service as auditors have timings scrutinised. Middle management are dropping like flies they have recognised the company decline.
