Pros

-Lovely staff, everyone is so helpful and easy to get on with! -work from home is great -they offer flexible working like compressed hours so if you have part time job you can ask for 1 set day off a week

Cons

-little to no progression -salary is terrible for the amount of work and responsibility of an advisor. You will be given new responsibilities out of your role and not compensated for it -constantly in emergency measures - very stressful, you feel like a receptionist - during this time your basically doing some of the practitioner job (no appropriate pay for doing this) -weren’t given our promised “pay promise” due to lack of funding and were given a one off £500 that was taxed as a “sorry” which was ridiculous -you’re not allowed cutlery, if you buy cutlery for the kitchen it gets binned (very petty) -they pride themselves off EDI but fail to follow it a lot of the time by not implementing adjustable measures for those who need it -working bank holidays like Christmas is ridiculous for a charity to be doing when children’s services don't even work that and the NSPCC is not an emergency service -IT in the place is a woeful -shift work is exhausting. One minute you’re working until 8pm then the next week you’re starting at 8am
